This policy explains what data Shlomi Otmazgin and Yohai Darom collect through the “Academy for AI-Driven Development in Practice” website, for what purpose, and with whom it may be shared.
To operate the service and track personal progress, issue certificates, send operational emails (such as a purchase confirmation), prevent account sharing and abuse, and enforce the terms of use and the restriction on copying content.
We use the following providers, each with its own privacy policy: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (operational email). We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the service: session (secure sign-in, HttpOnly), device_id (account-sharing prevention, valid for 5 years), oauth_state (temporary, securing the sign-in flow) and lang (the interface language you chose). The site has no advertising or marketing-tracking cookies.
Account information and learning content are kept for as long as the account is active. Records of terms acceptances and purchases are kept beyond that for evidentiary and legal-enforcement purposes.
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to statutory retention obligations (such as records of purchases and consents).
Access to the data is limited to system needs, authentication cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure, and passwords/payment details are not stored with us at all.
This policy may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update.
