The "Academy for AI-Driven Development in Practice" website and service (“the Academy”) are operated by Shlomi Otmazgin and Yohai Darom. Use of the site and of the course content is subject to these terms. Accessing the site or the content constitutes full acceptance of them.
Access to the content is by personal invitation only, using the sign-in method available on your account — Google sign-in, or an email and password. The account is personal, is not transferable or shareable, and no third party — including family members and work colleagues — may be allowed to use it.
Prices and bundle discounts are displayed on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is one-time and grants permanent access to the purchased track(s). You may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the track content has been viewed. Payment is processed directly by Stripe; credit card details neither pass through nor are stored on our servers.
All course content — slides, texts, exercises, exam questions, sample code, videos and presentations — is the exclusive property of Shlomi Otmazgin and Yohai Darom and is protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, screenshotting, recording, scanning (including OCR), downloading, storing locally, printing, sharing, publishing, selling or distributing any part of the content, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. A breach may constitute a civil wrong and copyright infringement and may expose the infringer to suit, including statutory damages under the Israeli Copyright Act, 5768-2007, without any need to prove actual damage. As part of gaining access to the course, a separate documented consent (including date and IP address) to the specific copying and distribution restrictions is required.
The service is provided “AS IS”. The site owners make no commitment to any specific employment or professional outcome as a result of completing the course, and are not liable for temporary interruptions in the availability of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. A material change to the restrictions on course content will require renewed consent on the next entry into the content.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
Questions regarding these terms: through the contact form on the site.
